📢 Vacancy: CS Trainee
📍 Location: New Delhi (Work from Home – Full Time)

We are inviting applications from CS trainees (students who have completed Executive and registered for Professional) to join our firm Rajat Khaneja & Associates. This is a full-time remote opportunity, with occasional visits to the office or physical meetings as required.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Must have cleared CS Executive and commenced or enrolled for Professional Programme
• Good understanding of Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and allied laws
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Preferably based in Delhi NCR

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in ROC compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
• Drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes, and other legal documents
• Supporting on matters related to FEMA, SEBI, RBI etc.
• Coordination with clients, regulators, and internal teams
• Conducting legal research and helping in advisory and consulting work
