You will be responsible for all kinds of work which includes company/LLP/OPC formation, RoC compliances like director appointment, removal/change of directors, DIN, right issue, ASC increase, all other e-forms, etc., Annual Returns, NCLT cases, closure of companies, RBI compliances, agreement drafting, trademark, copyright, Shop Act, Partnership firm, income tax returns, SEBI Research Analyst, PT, Income tax, GST, TDS, Accounting, GST Audit, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, project reports
