📢 Vacancy: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary
📍 Location: New Delhi (Work from Home – Full Time)
We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary for our firm based in New Delhi. This is a full-time remote position, though occasional in-person meetings or office visits may be required.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Semi-qualified CS (Executive cleared; pursuing or completed Professional).
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI regulations, and other Allied Laws.
• Skilled in legal drafting, compliance filings, and client communication.
• Preferably residing in Delhi NCR.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Handling regular compliance work under the Companies Act.
• Drafting board resolutions, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
• Supporting with FEMA, SEBI, and RBI-related matters as required.
• Coordination with clients and statutory authorities.
• Assisting in research and advisory assignments.
